To provide students, faculty and staff of Southern Evangelical Seminary accurate and timely information regarding academic policies and procedures, to accurately record and communicate the students academic progress and secure the academic record.
All inquiries and requests by phone, mail, and e-mail will be responded to by the registrar’s office within 48 hours.
All forms related to students, faculty and staff upon request will be made available from the registrar’s office or website via hardcopy or e-mail.
All written academic policies, in the current student handbooks and catalog, will be accurately explained and fairly enforced.
All student records, in the possession of the registrar’s office, will be secured (only those authorized with a legitimately stated reason will be granted access) to the best available means in hardcopy or electronic form.
All faculty will be given rosters of students in their class at the beginning of the semester and upon request to facilitate the recording of attendance and grades.
