Student / Alumni Registration

There is no need to register if you are not an SES student or alumnus.

SES students and alumni are encouraged to register, for this will allow them to Login and gain access to certain student-only functions. To do so click on the "Register" link in the upper right hand corner of the page. Registration is automated, but gaining student / alumni status is not. This is handled by the Student Services Director and may take a day or two (you will be notified via email when your status is granted.).

Steps:

  1. Click on "Register" in the upper right hand corner of the website.
  2. Enter the required information. Please use your natural name as it must be recognizable by SES staff to confirm your status.
  3. When you are returned to the website you should see your name in the upper right hand corner. Click on your Name and then "Manage Profile"
  4. Enter the required information, indicating the status you are requesting by checking the appropriate box. Include your student ID# (not your SSN). Click "Update" and you are done!
  5. If you are not granted student status within 2 business days you may contact Student Services directly.
