Admissions Application Application fee for audit, non-degree credit, Bible College, and Seminary is $50. For the D.Min. and Ph.D. program the application fee is $60. Course Registration A non-refundable registration fee of $10 per course will be required for each resident course registered (note that external students taking classes in residence are assessed resident tuition and fees). Student Government Each September a $10.00 student government fee is assessed. Technology Fee Each semester in which students are enrolled, they will be assessed a $50 technology fee. (Semesters are considered Fall, Summer, and Spring. Winter will be included with the Spring semester). Graduation A non-refundable fee of $25 must accompany any Candidacy for a Degree form. This is required before a student will be presented as a degree candidate. Tuition SES / SEBC does not charge additional fees for out-of-state students and does not require residency for the following rates.
